the bowel movement

not only is this the fantastic name of my rock band (not a real one, just on xbox 360, and not even the live version because our name isn't "classy" enough, whatever that means), but it's also the name of a movement that i stand behind - or rather, sit and wait for. some people, like my brother, are fortunate enough to have a bowel movement on a daily basis, with some days getting activity up to four times a day! that only happens to me when i'm ill, and those are not the kind of results i'm looking for. nope, i fall into the "other" category where a bowel movement does not occur for me as often as i'd like. i don't know if it's what i eat or the way i'm eating, but i'm just not lucky enough to get a daily hit. poop. so i am strongly for the bowel movement, i hope that it becomes more regular for me, and i hope that you enjoyed reading all about it this one time. i cannot promise there will be no further mention of my excretions (or lack thereof), but that's not really what i want to write about all the time. i just needed something to write about this time, the first time, that would be familiar and comfortable to ease you in, whoever you are. and if you find this unfamiliar, i pity you. and if you find this uncomfortable, then please redirect your page to some other locale on this wonderful world wide web and find something else to read because you will probably never appreciate anything else i would want to say here even though it will not always be about bodily functions. having said that, a successful bowel movement is one of the best bodily functions there is as it can leave one feeling quite relaxed and relieved! until next time little poopers, xoxo hollypop.
